Alkaline Foods

Over the years the human diet has become more and more acidic and deceased cells survive best in an acidic and low oxygenated environment. When our PH levels are imbalanced it makes it harder for our bodies to fight illness. Too much acidity forces the body to borrow minerals like calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium from vital organs, bones and teeth in order to re-balance the PH levels.

Try adding more alkaline foods to your diet and reducing your acidic intake, I have listed a few below:

VEGETABLES
