Meditation is simply about silent time, quieting the mind and bringing peace to the body.
Remember when we are negative we keep on attracting negative situations so the quicker you get back into a good place the quicker you can attract positive situations.
So many people live life just following what the masses do instead of following their instinct and doing what is right for them.
It can be so hard to not judge but sometimes it’s good to just think before you speak.
