When someone does something to us it can be hard to forgive, it can cause stress and be on our mind 24/7. It brings an unease to our body and we may think or talk negative thoughts about the person, but really the only person who is receiving damage is us because we are giving off negative vibes and energies.
When I talk about forgiveness it don’t mean you have to be best friends with the person. It’s about being able to see someone or hear their name and still feel at peace with your self because you don’t let what they did control your emotions. When you have the ability to forgive you will notice things moving a lot more smoothly in your life because your getting rid of hateful feelings.
